Our claims department has been in contact with you and Sun Delivery now serval times and Sun Delivery is working on locating the missing box and is going to send someone out to assemble the table base as soon as it is located and scheduled. You reached out to our claims department on March 28th, last week, to let them know the delivery company was missing one of the legs and they immediately started working on resolving the issue for you. We are extremely sorry one of the boxes was missing. The table base shipped through our white glove delivery carrier Sun Delivery and it does look like at the time of delivery they were missing one of the boxes that contained one of the table base legs. According to the order notes, our customer service department spoke with you multiple times during the backorder time frame and provided updates on when the item was expected to be in stock at the manufacturer. Our customer service department reached out to you to confirm that the backorder time frame worked for you and you stated it did so your order was processed and shipped as soon as the manufacturer got the table base in stock.

The dining table base that you ordered was on backorder at the manufacturer Global Views/Studio A when the order was placed. We took a look at your order and all of the notes.
